In order for a replacement/refund to take place, we must receive a picture of the damaged or defective products along with the containers or bags it came with, within 3 days of delivery. Please make sure to take a picture of the product before usage so we know how much was sent to you. Green Leaf has to review a refund case before issuing a refund. This review under normal conditions will take up to 3 – 5 business days.
After a review of the images, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may also request that the item be returned to us before we can finalize the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit or refund will be issued back to you.
